ALL AND SINGULAR that certain parcel or tract of land and premises situate, lying and being composed of Part of Lot 11, Concession 7, in the Township of Harcourt, in the County of Haliburton and being Block "A" on a Plan of Survey by H.C. Bishop, O.L.S., dated June 22, 1967 and filed in the Registry Office for the Registry Division of Haliburton as Deposit Index Number 37616 and which said parcel or tract of land is more particularly described as follows:

PREMISING that the bearings herein are astronomic and derived from solar observation;

COMMENCING at an iron bar planted which is distant 1,513 feet measured on a course of North 69 degrees 57 minutes 30 seconds West from the South Easterly angle of the said Lot 11;

THENCE North 74 degrees 14 minutes 30 seconds East 250.0 feet to an iron bar planted;

THENCE North 15 degrees 29 minutes East 54 feet to the high water mark of Straggle Lake;

THENCE North Westerly along the said high water mark to a point where the same is intersected by a line drawn through the point of commencement on a course of North 28 degrees 46 minutes East;

THENCE South 28 degrees 46 minutes West 306 feet to the point of commencement.
